Ready-made pieces are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Personalised gift combinations typically require 10–14 business days after you approve the design proof.

We deliver across India.

• Bengaluru: Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days.
• Major metro cities: Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days.
• Other serviceable PIN codes: Estimated delivery in 6–9 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, and seasonal demand.

Delivery charges

Free delivery on orders above ₹[insert minimum order value] or for orders of 200 pieces and above. For orders below the applicable threshold, delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Event deliveries

Deliveries to wedding venues and corporate offices can be scheduled for the day before your event, subject to advance confirmation and delivery availability.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery location to receive and verify the order.

For event orders, we recommend placing your order well in advance and confirming the required delivery date with our team.

Breakage in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, clear photographs of the damaged item, and photographs of the packaging. Our team will review the issue and advise you on the next steps.

Ready pieces

Unused, non-personalised pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Personalised orders

Items printed with names or logos can't be returned, as they are made to your approved proof.

Refunds

Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Before approval

Cancel anytime before you approve the proof for a full refund.

After approval

Once production has started, 50% of the order value is non-refundable.

Date changes

Move your delivery date free once, up to 5 days before dispatch.

What we collect

Name, phone, email, delivery addresses and, for corporate orders, GST details and employee addresses you upload.

How we use it

Only to fulfil orders, send updates on WhatsApp or email, and improve the service.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the cart working. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you accept them in the banner.
