Wedding return gift questions

How early should we order wedding return gifts?

We suggest ordering at least [6] weeks before your muhurtham. Lead time depends on the combo, quantity, personalisation and delivery location, and we confirm your dispatch date when you order.

Can each side of the family choose a different deity?

Yes. You can split one order between two deity designs, for example one for the bride's side and one for the groom's side. [Minimum per design: __ pieces.]

Will the gifts fit in our thamboolam bags?

Each combo box measures [__ × __ × __ cm]. Share your bag size with us, or add our thamboolam bag kit, and we will confirm the fit before production.

What happens if a piece breaks in transit?

Every combo is packed to travel safely. If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within [48 hours] of delivery and we will [replace it at no cost]. [Confirm policy.]

Can you deliver directly to our marriage hall?
